Chi Man KwanChi Man Kwan is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office, the leading multi-family offices in Asia. RFO provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Chi Man is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Asia, establishing a strong presence in pivotal Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. Prior to founding RFO, Chi Man had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the founder and current Chairman of the Family Office Association Hong Kong, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Chi Man is also the President of the Hong Kong–Singapore Business Association. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. Chi Man earned his Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD joint-programme. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.

Terence ChowAs Group COO, Terence Chow oversees business management, risk management, business transformation, corporate real estate and procurement functions. In addition, he also leads the firm’s technology and operations capabilities to ensure Raffles is constantly innovating to deliver a best-in-class client experience. Terence brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior roles at RBC, most recently as CEO, Wealth Management – Asia. His leadership drove significant growth in revenue, AUM, and operational efficiency. Prior to relocating to Asia, he led nearly 700 professionals across Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, supporting 1,800 relationship managers and nearly $400 billion in AUM. Terence has built high-performing teams and cultivated global talent. His earlier career spanned operations, finance, and technology across Canada and the U.S., with a strong track record in transformation and client experience. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University.

Peter ChungPeter is the Head of Research at Presto, an Asia-based algorithmic trading and financial services firm founded in 2014. Presto executes more than 100 million trades daily in both digital assets and traditional finance. Prior to joining Presto, Peter built and led the research team at Korbit, Korea's oldest crypto exchange, and has garnered a reputation for being one of the top crypto research houses in the country. Before entering the digital asset industry, he spent over 20 years in capital markets across multiple asset classes and geographies at bulge bracket firms such as Goldman Sachs, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Nomura. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sagar DesaiSagar Desai is focused on building Coinbase’s institutional client solutions and leading strategic relationships across Asia, Australia, and the UAE. In this role, Sagar is also the head of APAC for Coinbase's wholesale client business, which includes banks, asset managers, introducing brokers, exchanges, financial technology firms, and other institutional market participants. Prior to joining Coinbase three years ago, Sagar was the head of Investment Solutions for InvestaX, a Singapore-licensed platform for securities token offerings, where he led a Monetary Authority of Singapore-awarded Proof-of-Concept product to tokenize private markets investment fund structures like Singapore's Variable Capital Company. Sagar started his career in institutional asset management at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for new business development and revenue generation efforts from sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and endowments in Singapore, Brunei, South Asia, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste. He was also one of the 10 global members nominated to the Junior Advisory Board for Goldman Sachs' Investment Management Division. Michael Terpin"I've spent my career creating innovative new businesses (sometimes even new industries), as well as advising and investing. Since 2013, I've been primarily focused on bitcoin and crypto (with a more recent focus on decentralized Al). Somewhere along the way, CNBC called me "the Godfather of Crypto" and it seems to have stuck. Currently, I run Transform Ventures, a blockchain and Al advisory and venture studio. I also created and manage Transform Group, the pioneering blockchain and Web3 PR agency (400+ clients since 2013, including launches of Ethereum and Tether). Susie Liu, CFAMs. Yang Liu, served as the managing director at GoldenSand Capital from January 2016 to May 2025. In this role, she oversaw the firm’s investment activities and managed cross-border business operations in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Latin America. From June 2021 to January 2023, Ms. Liu served as a director at HG Semiconductor Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company (HKEX: 6908). From 2012 to 2015, Ms. Liu was employed as a senior specialist at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, a multinational networking and telecommunications company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq: ERIC), where she gained experience in financial services and technology sectors.
