At the Inclusive FinTech Forum 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda, Zann Kwan, Managing Partner & CIO of Revo Digital Family Office, moderated the session “Digital Finance and the Adoption of Digital Assets in Africa,” hosted by Tether.

The discussion explored how blockchain and digital assets are moving beyond experimentation into real economic use cases across Africa, from payments and treasury management to remittances and financial inclusion.

Zann steered the conversation around how digital assets can improve cross-border financial connectivity, whether African businesses are beginning to adopt stablecoins in real payment and treasury flows, and what collaboration between regulators, infrastructure providers, and financial institutions will be required for digital finance to scale responsibly.
