ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

Raffles Digital Holdings Limited and its affiliates (individually or collectively hereinafter referred to as  “REVO”, “we” or “us”) seeks to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. Revo recognizes that the Speaker may be subject to laws or regulations or internal policies and procedures regarding attendance at external events / engagement as a speaker, which the Speaker is best suited to understand and comply with. The Speaker’s acceptance represents confirmation that:

• the Speaker’s attendance complies with local laws, regulations, and internal policies and / or procedures applicable to the Speaker (including but not limited to relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws and Codes of Conduct), and the speaker shall obtain any approval(s) / make any disclosure(s) as necessary;

• the Speaker is not subject to any confidentiality, non-disclosure (NDA), employment, franchise agreement or any other such agreement, which would prevent the Speaker from participating at the Event; and

• all information shared by the Speaker during the Event is not of the highly-sensitive type (i.e. a “state secret”, a “trade secret” or a “commercial secret”) that the Speaker would be prohibited from sharing or that REVO / attendees would be prohibited from receiving pursuant to any applicable laws or regulations.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The Speaker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information, documents and data (including Personal Data) that are made available to the Speaker and/or that the Speaker becomes aware of in connection with the provision of the Event and not to disclose or take any other action inconsistent with the confidential nature of the information, documents and data mentioned above. In particular, the Speaker will refrain from disclosing to third parties any information about the participants of the Event. This obligation of confidentiality will continue to apply without a time limit even after the event.

PERSONAL DATA

The Parties shall comply with all data protection laws applicable to it in relation to any Personal Data acquired in connection with the Event, or this document.

The Speaker shall not use, retain, or disclose REVO’s Personal Data for any purposes without REVO’s prior written consent.

The Speaker acknowledges that REVO may from time to time acquire or otherwise be in possession or control of Personal Data relating to the Speaker including, without limitation, the Personal Data of the Speaker’s personnel (“Speaker Personal Data”). The Speaker represents and warrants that it has provided all necessary notifications and obtained all necessary consents, authorisations, approvals and/or agreements as required under any applicable data protection laws in order to enable: (i) the disclosure of Speaker Personal Data to REVO, its Personnel and its customers; and (ii) further use of such Speaker Personal Data by REVO and its Personnel and disclosure of such Speaker Personal Data by REVO to other third parties in connection with the Event or this Agreement, in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.

The Personal Data protection obligations set out in this document will continue to apply without a time limit even after termination of this Event.
